Hey there! Welcome to the first post of my blog. My name is Mykaela Blue. I am 19 years old, and currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina. I was raised by my 2 wonderful parents, and have 3 siblings who are my best friends. I married my amazing husband, Tyler on June 24th, 2017 and gained another family that I love like my own. Together, Tyler and I have an 8 month old little boy named Cooper who is the joy of our lives. My family and I travel in our RV, singing and preaching in revivals around the country. I love every minute of this crazy, beautiful life that I live.
I love singing, I’ve been singing in church since I was 11 years old. I appreciate every opportunity I get to worship the Lord! My main hobby is shopping. I love shopping for Cooper, statement earrings, and all things leopard print. I’ll have to admit, its a bit of a problem! I also love, and I mean love, coffee. I could live without it, but I definitely don’t want to. I love to laugh, and try to find the good in every situation and every person. It’s my strength, but sometimes my weakness. I’m a true procrastinator, so don’t be surprised if I’m a little late on my posts every now and then. I’m a firm believer in the fact that your attitude can make or break any circumstance in life. But most importantly, I believe in Jesus, and I believe He loves me and you. I’m thankful for my relationship with Him, and I hope you have one with Him as well.
The reason I started this blog is because I love writing, and I love interacting and connecting with people. The purpose for this blog will be to encourage you in your walk with the Lord, share helpful, fun things, and hopefully put a smile on your face as you see our family grow. My goal is to post weekly – every Thursday.
Thank you so much for starting this adventure with me! I have always wanted to start a blog, but I’ve never had the courage to do it. I can’t wait to see where the journey takes us.
Until next time!
Mykaela
Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
